Driver

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our team as an Electric Scooter Driver. In this role, you will be responsible for swapping batteries on electric scooters and moving scooters as required throughout the city. You will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, understand the fluctuation of work during busier periods, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Battery Swap: You will be responsible for swapping depleted batteries with fully charged batteries on electric scooters in a timely manner.

Retrieval of Scooters: You will be responsible for retrieving scooters from various locations in the city and returning them to the designated warehouse.

Movement of Scooters: You will be responsible for moving scooters from one location to another, as required.

Maintenance of Vehicles: You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the company vehicle, including regular checks of oil, water, and tire pressure.

Documentation: You will be responsible for keeping accurate and detailed records of scooter maintenance and battery swaps.

Safety and Compliance: You will be responsible for ensuring that all scooters are operated in a safe manner and comply with all relevant regulations.

Customer Service: You will be the face of the company and be expected to provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

Qualifications and Skills:

Valid Driver's License: You must hold a valid driver's license and have a good driving record.

Physical Fitness: You must be physically fit and able to lift heavy batteries and scooters.

Good Communication Skills: You must be able to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and management.

Attention to Detail: You must be meticulous in your approach to work, ensuring accuracy in all documentation and record-keeping.

Ability to Work Independently: You must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Flexibility: You must be flexible and willing to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work during busier periods.

Tech-Savvy: You must be comfortable with technology, including the use of smartphones and navigation apps.
