At our franchise stores, we strive to provide excellent customer experiences whilst serving our large menu of waffles, crepes, cookie dough, cakes, and bakes, as well as hot and cold beverages, to eat in or takeaway.

As an Artisan Team Member it is up to you to provide the excellent customer experience whether that’s by preparing food and beverages, serving on the till or assisting in the dining area.
We are looking for a full-time fully flexible worker, available during all opening hours on weekdays and weekends.

As an Artisan team member we need you to be well-presented, friendly, energetic and able to work as part of a large team in a fast paced environment.
 We will train you in customer service, food and beverage preparation, and hygiene practices, but will need you to be proactive and self-motivated.
 Presentation of desserts is essential, so attention to detail is key, as is the ability to communicate effectively with your team and the customers.

Job description Interacting with customers, whether this be greeting at the door or checking on tables etc. Taking customer orders at the till Handling cash and card payments Following set guidelines on the preparation of made to order desserts and drinks including decoration Serving food to tables Clearing tables, Assisting in the opening & closing of the store Preparing orders for takeout Keeping work stations clean and following hygiene procedures Completing stock checks and replenishing stock with the team Any other duties your supervisor requires assistance with

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 10-30 per week

Salary: £5.28-£10.42 per day
