Junior Therapist

The start date for this role is August 2023

We are looking for newly qualified Therapists to join the team at Sequoia Spa in a Junior role. No experience is necessary but you will need to have completed Level 2 in Beauty Therapy and be due to complete and pass Level 3 in summer 2023 (this is essential for the role).

The role is a full time, permanent position which will comprise of 32 hours per week performing treatments and 8 hours per week in training with our experienced team.

You will start with a 2 week induction to familiarise you with our product house, Bamford, and following this you will be able to deliver massage treatments. Our structured programme will then further your skills and knowledge to deliver more treatments on the guest menu.

Weekends are busy for our Therapy team so this role will mean that you work every Saturday and some Sundays and have two days off in the week.

Person Specification:

Essential:

BTEC, NVQ levels 2 & 3 or equivalent qualification in beauty therapy.
Good customer care skills; courteous and willingness to help
Good verbal communication and listening skills and show ability to build rapport
Flexible and adaptable; good team player
Ability to organize self; plan and prioritise High level of personal presentation
Clear, conversational English
