Maintenance Executive

We are looking for an organised, resilient, and enthusiastic individual who would seize the opportunity to build and maintain this historic and iconic building by keeping the hotel in day one condition. This unique property relies on our maintenance team with a keen eye for detail, you will be relentless with health & safety standards and have a focus on planned maintenance to ensure our guests can relax in sumptuous surroundings. In order to keep to our own standards of quality and guest care we are looking for someone who has got care and great service at their core. You will be working with the maintenance team to maintain standards as well as collaboratively with the wider hotel teams.

Due to the nature of hospitality, this role will involve some weekend work.

The key responsibilities are:

• Basic DIY/ maintenance skills

• Outdoor work including car park and grounds duties

• Great customer service

• Skilled in a specialised area (plumbing, electrics, carpentry etc)
