About the Role

Agincare Enable are currently recruiting for a Support Worker to join our day and supported living services for people with complex needs and learning disabilities. The role will be based in the Medway area of Kent.

We currently have positions available for full time, part time and bank contracts in Rochester, Rainham and Gillingham.

In this role you will support young adults with autism, learning disabilities and complex behaviours to lead fulfilling and independent lives. You will help the service users with daily tasks and help them access as much of the community and local area as they can such as attending clubs and using local leisure facilities, or even just going out for a coffee.

Our services are currently rated "Good" by the CQC.
