The Aberdeen Douglas Hotel is a Stylish and contemporary hotel located in Aberdeen City Centre comprising of 98 bedrooms & 70 serviced apartments, Molly’s Bistro, Malones Irish Bar and Banqueting for up to 240 people in our newly refurbished state of the art Grand Ballroom
We are looking to recruit an Assistant Event's Manager to join our already successful team. The ideal candidate for the role will have exceptional organisational and operational skills.
The role involves assisting with the planning for the event and assisting the Operations Manager to deliver the event on the evening.
You will work 5 days from 7 on a shift basis, evening and day shifts
The role will also involve suppoting the other departments within the hotel as required.

Main Job Function
To ensure that the event space and facilities are managed and set up as per brand standards.
To ensure that bookings are handled efficiently and communicated to all concerned.
To review, evaluate, plan and take action so that each department are aware of the all details pertaining to events within the hotel
To give both internal and external customers quality service.

Salary: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
