Experience in a similar, fast paced and customer focused environment is required however on site training will be provided.

Description for waiter/waitress

waiters/waitress are responsible for the following:

• Delivering excellent customer service.
• Taking food and drinks order.
• Assisting the kitchen team by delivering food to the tables and explaining the dish correctly according to any dietaries or allergies.
• Ensuring that tables are checked on during their dining experience.
• Maintaining the highest level of food presentation and quality.
• Displaying enthusiasm and knowledge of the food and drinks menus.
• Clearing tables and ensuring that appropriate cutlery is provided.
• Communication with all team members to ensure customer satisfaction is exceeded.

Great Skills required for waiter/waitress on:

• Communication.
• Time management.
• Customer Service.
• Previous experience working in a fast paced environment.
• Attention to detail.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: Up to £15.00 per hour
