Following a period of training in our office, you’ll be working with our highly skilled team who support our customers and ensure the best possible service is provided.

About Us

Telecare24 is a fast growing and progressive Assistive Technology company, supplying a wide range of telecare alarms, to both individuals and care related institutions. We also offer a specialised service supporting individuals with Epilepsy. Working with specialist companies across the UK and Europe, to provide new assistive technology solutions.

What you'll be doing

· You’ll provide customers with a first-class experience during every interaction.

· You’ll manage customer expectations and help them make decisions on what is best for them.

· You’ll ensure that the customer is treated with respect and that a positive relationship is built, so that they continue to stay with us, for as long as they need us.

· You’ll use our in-house system to update customer records.

· Maintaining compliance and GDPR throughout.

· Deliver a personable service to our customers, processing any interaction accurately on a first-time basis.

· Offering support to other departments.

· Support opportunities to retain business and generate leads, by fully understanding what a customer is asking for and providing a tailored response.

· We don’t believe in setting call targets, when it comes to customer service, all customer needs are important to us, not just how many calls we take.

What we're looking for

· People who love talking to customers to identify their needs.

· Strong communication skills and passion for the business.

· Given the nature and demographic we deal with, it’s important you’re caring and empathetic.

· Customer service experience.

We will consider candidates who have the natural strengths to thrive in this role.

· Passion for getting things right first time.

· Confidence in using a desktop and experienced in using MS Office.

· An ability to manage your own workload.
