Join us at TBD media and integrate yourself into a London-based team, with shoots around the world for a wide variety of international clients across multiple business sectors.

We are looking for a talented and driven Post Production Manager to join our growing team; you will be working across a wide variety of exciting productions – from corporate communications, documentaries through to high-end branded content, immersive media and more.

You will report to our Production Director and Head of Production in a full-time capacity and operate in a fast-paced, collaborative workplace.

You will need to have active experience in managing a team of editors with enthusiasm working on narrative-led, short-form documentary and corporate content.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Core responsibilities include:

  • Highly Experienced in editing (both video and audio) using Premiere Pro.
  • Managing editors workflow & tracking output performance
  • Overall management of projects, often on tight turnarounds and tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
  • Organised, efficient, self-motivated.
  • Document and troubleshoot projects and spot problems ahead of time.
  • Liaising with colleagues and external clients.
  • Working closely with producers, directors and account managers to ensure the smooth running of each project.
  • Responsible for the motivation and up skill of the post production team.
  • Provide weekly reports on projects in progress, output projections, individual performances and overview on resources, budget and staff status.

Personal Specification & Skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a senior editor or post production. management in a production company or post-production environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with a flexible and friendly client management style.
  • Exceptional project management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to prioritise and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth understanding of the moving image process.
  • Ability to adapt your skills and approach to a broad range of project types.
  • Exceptional people skills.
  • Experienced in After Effects
