Support Worker

At Tamarindo Care, we are passionate about supporting individuals to live a happy, independent and full life. At our small supported living scheme, you will be working with 3 individuals with learning disabilities supporting them in all aspects of their day to day living.

This is a flexible role- we are able to offer part time, full time, or bank contracts.

Any applicant must be flexible and available to work across 7 days, including weekends and evenings. Our general shift patterns are 8am-10pm. All applicants must be available to work a minimum of 1x sleep in shift per week paid at a flat rate of £35.00. Overtime, night shifts and on-call rota duties are available if desired.

Full training is provided- experience is not necessary, just a passion and dedication to helping others!

Drivers preferred but not essential

Due to the nature of the role of working with vulnerable adults, successful candidates job offers are subject to a clear enhanced DBS check (payable by applicant) and 2 satisfactory references.
