Position Overview & Specifications

Customer Service Case Manager

Salary: £21,500 - £25,500 per annum

Hours: 37 ½ hours per week (1 in 4 weekend)

Location: Chichester (Hybrid Working)

Our client, a global provider of integrated medical and security assistance, claims handling, pre-travel advice, medical screening and travel risk management, are looking for fully remote, experienced Case Handlers to join their team.

As a Customer Services Case Manager, you will manage a portfolio of Medical Emergency Assistance claims.

Main Responsibilities:

· End to end case handling of Medical Emergency Assistance claims

· Manage a caseload of Medical Emergency Assistance claims

· Ensuring the technical integrity of claims allocated to you

· Contribute to the performance of the Customer Service Technical team

· Participation in standard monthly technical and quality audits as required

The individual should have a good standard of education and be able to demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills.

Core competencies are considered to be:

· Previous experience of case/claims handling is highly desirable

· Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with a flexible approach

· Proactive, can-do attitude, focus of customer quality

· Self-manage personal workflow, ability to prioritise, self-motivate

· Proficient in verbal and written media and deliver clear and well understood message

· Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills

· Good report writing skills.
