Tactile Solutions is an IT solutions and Digital Marketing Company based in Taverham, Norwich. We offer services such as: website design, intranet systems, telephony, mobile applications, graphics, digital signage and business support. The role will include digital illustration, brand development, designing printed adverts, digital content producer, photography, video production and animation.This is a starter role and training ill be continuously given throughout, but as you move through this training your main duties will include:

• Writing simple code for discrete software components to agreed standards (for web, mobile or desktop applications)
• Support our Software Developers at the build and test stages of the software development lifecycle
• Follow organisation and industry good coding practices
• Using good industry practices
• Support software developers at the build…
• Designing and Producing Marketing Assets (Social Media Adverts, Leaflets, Promotional Artwork etc.)
• Logo creation using Adobe Illustrator
• Designing websites using Adobe XD
• Creating simple animations using After Effects
• Ensuring consistency in designs and content across all company platforms.
• Learning new skills
• Writing simple code
• Problem solving and seeking assistance when required

The right candidate will have the following;

Skills:

• Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Premiere Pro & After Effects
• Logical & Creative Thinking Skills
• Out of the box thinking
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Ability to work under own initiative
• Natural ability for illustration

Personal Qualities:

• Candidates must possess a good understanding and knowledge of relevant IT processes and systems
• Excellent organisation and time keeping skills
• Initiative and enthusiasm
• Clear communicator
• Good sense of humour whilst looking to work hard in a team environment
• A portfolio of previous digital design work to showcase experience and creativity.
• Solid knowledge of design software programs, such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Salary: From £5.28 per hour
