Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Regional Manager to support and develop team members, fostering a positive work environment.
• Mentor and provide necessary assistance to staff, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to excel in their roles.
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for all staff members, maintaining high standards of service excellence.
• Address staffing issues promptly and effectively, resolving any outstanding concerns or conflicts.
• Ensure adherence to staffing schedules, proactively filling any gaps to maintain smooth operations.
• Uphold rigorous hygiene standards to ensure a clean and safe restaurant environment.
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills, promptly addressing and resolving any complaints or issues.
• Manage cash operations and possess a solid understanding of profit and loss management.
• Take charge of inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining optimal stock levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Lead by example, displaying strong leadership qualities and setting high standards for the team.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
• Proven management experience in a similar role or a strong willingness to step into a management position.

• Track record of consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations and achieving targets.
