The Opportunity:
We are a small, friendly architectural practice looking to expand our team with the addition of a new Architect or Part 2 Architectural Assistant
Our main sector we specialise in is High End Residential, apartment blocks and retail
The Role:
The successful candidate will enjoy a senior position within the practice, acting as a job runner and main point of contact on the post planning stages (RIBA stages: 4-6)

Key responsibilities will include:
· Liaising effectively with the lead architect to ensure that design intention is delivered accurately and to an excellent level of detail
· Leading the process of producing and co-ordinating detailed design and technical information packages
· Producing accurate drawings in a timely manner
· Obtaining statutory approvals
· Compiling handover documentation
· Attending meetings/ site visits with clients or construction teams
· Managing projects on site and performing the Contract Administrator role
· Giving technical advice and support as required, internally or externally
· Helping the practice to stay up to date with all new and emerging technical legislation, guidance, best practice and industry trends.
· Ability to manage own time and work to deadlines
· Ability to deliver projects in Autocad
· Supervising junior staff in technical design and process
