Swansea is a coastal city undergoing significant regeneration.

The successful candidate will join a strategic management team tasked with developing an integrated tourism, cultural and leisure offer - with a specialist focus on cultural strategy for museums, galleries, theatres and arts. They will be a key lead for the delivery of significant programmes, including Levelling Up and Shared Prosperity projects. This is a fixed term position of two years, with a possible extension subject to continuation of funding.
