Creative Designer

£30k – £35k

Hybrid role must be based within commutable distances to Leigh-on-Sea, Essex.

An exciting opportunity to work as part of a close-knit, high-energy team by the coast in sunny Leigh-on-Sea. We are looking for an experienced Creative Designer to join our team. The role is ideal for a self-motivator who is full of ideas, passionate about branding and has in-depth skills and pace in artwork and production.

Responsibilities

Using your agency experience, you’ll be able to produce exceptional creatives for a wide and diverse range of clients and projects. You will have an outstanding eye for detail, effectively manage your time and be able to work within a close knit highly functional team.

• Creating branding concepts
• Logo designs and brand identities
• Creative art working for production; including press, print, POS and large format
• Website design with consideration of UX and UI
• Digital design for online platforms; including social media, email campaigns and adverts.
• Working with other designers, digital marketers, external development, and content support to deliver projects that exceed client expectations.
• Interpreting briefs and presenting direct to clients
• Be knowledgable and passionate about the latest creative trends and be forthcoming with innovative ideas

About you

• At least 5 years’ working in a creative design agency
• Strong conceptual thinking, brand development skills, with the ability to produce both
• A master in typography, colour space, and layout skills
• Fluent in creative art working with application of brand consistency
• Experienced in production and producing print-ready files
• Expert in the core creative cloud suite applications
• InDesign
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
