Job description
SW Education & Care is an exciting care and education company. We are based in North and Mid Devon with a great team who believe all children and young people deserve the chance to thrive.
We are looking for colleagues who are:
- Experienced working with children and young people
- Level 3 qualified in residential care or willing to work towards the qualification
- Motivated to support children & young people who have suffered trauma
- Passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people
- Looking for a role with a caring and supportive company who place the child at the centre of everything we do
An interest or qualifications in outdoor pursuits would be an advantage, but not essential.
We are also keen to hear from people with youth work or formal/informal teaching/instructing experience.
