Picker and Packer

We require somebody to work in our small fulfilment office in Speke. You'll be printing shipping labels and picking and packing on average 200 orders per day. You will need to resolve order issues with customers getting the days orders ready for collection for our carriers. Occasionally if orders miss the collection deadline we would need them dropping at the collection office around the corner so ideally we need somebody who can drive.

You will be responsible for:

• Planning daily workload and ensuring customer order satisfaction
• Fulfilling orders and resolving problems throughout the fulfilment process
• Implementing stock rotation and managing storage locations within the office
• Liaising with the sales team and reacting to the sales orders
• Administration and receipting of goods and deliveries
• Performing stock counts and ensuring accuracy of stock records through proper

control of stock movements

Skills Required:

• Good IT skills, in particular spreadsheets and databases and a knowledge of warehouse systems (Shopify + ShipStation with DPD, Royal Mail & UPS Carriers)
• Analytic and numerical skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to plan, identify problems and develop solutions
• Ability to maintain team cohesion

Hours of work:

• Monday to Friday - 12pm until 5.30pm
• 27.5 hour week
• Up to £15 hour
