Position Overview & Specifications

  • Suffolk County Council - Ipswich, Suffolk IP1 2BX
  • £21,189 per annum (pro rata for part time)
  • 37 hours per week

If so this, is a fantastic opportunity to join Family Services as a SEND Data Development Support Officer (Data Analyst) working from Endeavour House in Ipswich.

Your role and responsibilities

You will:

  • support with the delivery of the EHCP Quality Assurance Programme
  • ensure that data held for children and young people is current
  • be autonomous and supported by a line manager where required
  • be responsible for coordinating and supporting with audits; collating and analysing data, creating comprehensive reports for internal and external purposes
  • be using a range of quantitative and qualitative assessment data to track children and young people's progress.

You will need:

  • excellent IT skills – particularly Microsoft Excel
  • organisational skills
  • attention to detail
  • communication skills to enable regular updates to managers. A flexible approach to work effectively as a member of the team.
