Stories and Case Studies Administrator | Home-based, UK Nationwide

Reporting to the Stories and Case Studies Manager, you will support stroke survivors and their loved ones to tell their stories to a wider audience.

You may have a background in journalism, customer service, or administration, but it’s essential that you have the sensitivity to work with people who may be vulnerable, excellent proofreading skills, and the organisational skills to keep data and processes up to date.

On a day-to-day basis, you will work closely with our busy but friendly PR and News team, and your strong people skills will enable you to work productively with colleagues across the charity who are looking for powerful stories to bring our work to life, or who have contacts who may be interested in telling their story.
