Talent Programme Manager

Talent Programme Manager- London/Bristol/Manchester/Edinburgh/Belfast- 9 month contract- £400 a day LTD (Outside IR35)

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior internal recruitment manager to join a global organisation on a 9 month contract and manage a programme of work to develop an approach that secures a diverse & talented pipeline of international leaders for the British Council’s Global Network.

The job will include fully diagnosing challenges and opportunities in the current approach; working across the HR and business teams to develop fully costed recommendations for the new approach; designing both the programme and ongoing model to support and sustain the approach; launch of the programme, including comms and change management to support this.
The programme manager will lead on delivery of the above in conjunction with internal specialists across resourcing, talent & development and reward (as necessary) who will provide design expertise.

We are looking for an experienced recruitment professional who has worked in an internal team globally and can help implement processes and procedures to improve a recruitment function.
