Factory Operative

Stormguard Fabrications has an exciting opportunity for a Factory Operative to join the team. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £10 per hour.

Working in a busy packing department, the successful applicant will be required to perform a number of tasks in relation to the picking & packaging of various draught excluder products.

As a Factory Operative you will be responsible for following necessary production line processes to create our products using steel and other materials, as well as carrying out pre- and post-coating quality inspections, packing and dispatching of orders.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, eager to learn, punctual and have a strong work ethic. Experience of both TIG & MIG styles would be advantageous.

Hours – 08.00am - 17.00pm, Monday to Friday

To become our Factory Operative, you will need:

• Good timekeeping (essential)

• Good attendance record (essential)

• The ability to perform at a high-quality level

• Knowledge of TIG & MIG

• Full UK Driving License and forklift license would be advantageous
