We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced General Manager to join our flagship Sports Bar & Grill in Old Street. Sports Bar & Grills are the premier venue to watch every sporting occasion.

The business operates over one floor, has 42 TV’s 5 sky boxes, and can be zoned to show 5 different games at any time. The site also benefits from 4 contactless pool tables and 2 darts boards and 2 new digital darts boards, as well as a retro games machine

We are looking for a General Manager who has a proven track record of developing, engaging and leading a large high performing team. You must have the capability and commercial confidence to be able to identify and drive the multiple levers that will make this business a success. Understanding of the London market is desired. A passion for Sport is essential.

Able to turn tables and deal with high volumes of bookings whilst managing minimum spend, event pricing and ticketing of events.

As a General Manager, you will need to be able to demonstrate great leadership skills and the ability to build a high performing team in order to control, develop and improve all aspects of the business including: P&L, people, standards, legal compliance, service and brand integrity.
