Counter Staff

Stone Fired is a Neapolitan artisan pizza business based in Prestonpans in East Lothian, Scotland’s golfing capital. Edinburgh is around a 15 minute train journey away which serves the main commuter areas on the East Lothian coast line.

The takeaway provides freshly made to order stone fired pizzas with a varied and fresh range of toppings. We also offer a dessert counter which includes ice creams, shakes, crepes, waffles and cakes amongst other items for those with a sweet tooth! Our emphasis is on high quality desserts and great customer service.

This role requires evening, weekend and public holiday working due to the nature of the business.

We are looking for full time and part time team members to join our friendly team. We seek energetic, outgoing, bubbly and reliable individuals who take pride in their work and have the ability to work both on their own and as part of a team.

Experience in a similar role as a waiter, waitress, barista, dessert maker or experience in catering/ restaurant is required.

Responsibilities:

• Excellent customer service & communication skills.
• Making Desserts to order.
• General kitchen duties such as cleaning.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the counter and cash drawer.
• Process incoming orders efficiently.

Salary will be dependant on experience
