Operations Manager

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve production efficiency and quality, including implementation of lean manufacturing techniques
• Manage day-to-day operations across two sites, ensuring the smooth running of production processes and meeting production targets, including achieving company KPIs for on-time in full, quality and cost targets
• Manage and motivate a team of production staff, including recruiting, training, and appraising staff
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor and report on production performance, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action
• Work closely with other departments, including sales and design, to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time and to a high standard
• Manage inventory levels to ensure materials are available for production
• Monitor and control production costs to ensure profitability
• Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality standards are maintained

Minimum Requirements / Qualifications

• Higher Qualification in Manufacturing, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
