We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, including developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations and processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities:

1. Participation in development, implementation and maintenance of general operational processes and internal procedures to improve efficiency of the business

2. Onboarding and supervising movers, control over the timely awareness of drivers about the upcoming work and all the necessary details to ensure high-quality customer service

3. Control over the orders schedule and performance goals to ensure resources are properly allocated in order to maximise efficiency of the operational processes

4. Managing all day-to-day shipping, receiving, warehouse and returning operations in accordance with high standards of accuracy, safety and security:

- ensuring reliable and efficient receipt of clients’ items; accurate labelling; safe and secure storage; despatch of warehoused goods and their return to customers in the initial state of complete safety;

- monitoring and control over the equipment and physical condition of the warehouse, identifying and ordering needed repairs, renovations and replacements or other measures to create a safe storage environment;

- tracking delivery processes and control over their quality to proactively identify deficiencies for further optimisation.

5. Timely and accurate work with all systems, platforms and documents that are used to collect and process order data and customer information (Google Calendar, Tookan, Hubspot, etc.)

6. Identifying and implementing opportunities for optimisation and improvement of current operational processes.

7. Coordinating with Marketing, Technical and Customer service teams on planned activities that can affect the operational part of the business. Participation in processes of investigating and resolving issues in cases of having negative feedback from clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
