Depop Lead

We have a very exciting opportunity for someone to join our eBay Team as a Depop Lead! Our Depop shop was launched in May 2022 and has been continuing to grow, you would be leading a small Depop Team of volunteers and overseeing day-to-day operations of this team. You would be working as part of the eBay and Depop team in our office based out of our Avonmouth Warehouse (Victoria Road, Avonmouth BS11 9DB)

The details:

• Working 37.5 hours, 5 days in 7
• Working hours 8.30am - 4.30pm
• Salary: £22,338 up to £24,820 dependant on experience
• Permanent position

Key Responsibilities:

• Producing weekly finance reports
• Ensuring stock is accurate and performing stock takes
• Identifying key trends
• Maintaining shop visuals
• Implementing key dates for online shopping trends
• Identifying, researching, listing and photographing stock for the Depop shop
• Organising volunteer resource to optimise productivity
• Achieving budget and listing targets each week
• Being a key holder for the Warehouse, able to open and close the Warehouse on working days

What we're looking for:

• An understanding and empathy for the work of the Hospice
• Excellent team working skills
• Flexible / “can do” approach
• Strong communication skills
• Able to manage own workload
• Good IT skills, including able to use email and IOS tablet for work instructions and reporting
• Excellent multi-tasking, time management and prioritisation skills
• Full UK Driving License as may be required to visit shops throughout the Bristol area
