Barista at Starbucks - Shrewsbury Station

Everyone regardless of age starts on £10.42 per hour

• An additional £1.20 per hour for shifts worked between midnight and 6am

We are looking for Full Time (30hrs) Baristas who are able to start as early as 5am to join our team at Starbucks - Shrewsbury Station.

As a Barista you will work a variety of shifts between 5am-9pm including weekends - please ensure you can get to the station for early shifts prior to applying.

Responsibilities for Barista:

• Demonstrate knowledge of Starbucks products to advise customers in a professional and helpful manner
• Maintain all unit displays in accordance with Starbucks standards
• Consistently meet shift/daily average spend, waste and portion control targets
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance in all work areas

Requirements for Barista:

• Due to some responsibilities within the Barista role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
