Position Overview & Specifications

Spectrum Brands has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Supply Chain Co-ordinator to join Armitage Pet Care, in our Global Pet Care division. We’ve grown organically every year and our brand ‘Good Boy’ is a market leader, so this really is an exciting time to join!

You will work as part of the Operations department of Spectrum Brands EMEA and will be working in a team of around 5 people in a very exciting environment with lots going on and everyone coming together to make the team succeed.

The Role

As the Customer Supply Chain Co-ordinator, you will aim to ensure that the organisation delivers excellent customer service, within cost while maintaining strong internal and external relationships

Your Main Responsibilities will be:

  • Managing Cost / Service for Key Customer Accounts versus our Key Business Indicators
  • Order to delivery management
  • To drive all KBIs through robust actions plans and daily disciplines
  • Understanding and delivering operational processes
  • Building mutually beneficial relationships with Customers in internal stakeholders

About you

What we’re looking for is someone with a positive and pro-active attitude, who works well as part of a team. The fast paced and agile nature of our business requires someone who is able to prioritise and manage demands from a wide range of stakeholders.

You will need to have excellent communication skills and be customer focused in order to deliver a high level of service to both internal and external customer.

A good working knowledge of MS Excel will be required. You will have strong functional capability, able to learn new systems and tools quickly and have strong attention to detail.Any experience within the FMCG industry would be highly advantageous.
