Administrator - Receptionist

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator/Receptionist to join our team based in Holly Court, Yeovil.

You will work as part of a small reception team within South Somerset Community Mental Health services providing reception duties and administrative support.

You will be responible for:

• Greeting clients and visitors as they arrive at Reception.
• Informing clinicians of the arrival of the client.
• Answering the telephone, taking messages and passing to appropriate personnel.
• To work flexibly as part of a team to meet service need.
