We are seeking a confident and organised experienced SUPPORT WORKER/CARER £14ph - £17ph to join our family and care team in our busy home (Clevedon, North Somerset) to support my son who is an incredible young man.
E has a brain injury, epilepsy and requires 2-1 care 24/7.
E is a bright, happy and typical teenager who lives a full and vibrant life.
His passion is welsh rugby, marvel and Australian Masterchef, loves being out and about, and You Tube – usual stuff for teenagers.
Responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of E’s life both at home and supporting in various locations such as school.
Providing exceptionally high quality daily living activities and joining a team of fabulous staff members. • £14ph - £17ph dependent on experience + annual leave & pension. • Hours 37.5 hours per week flexible rota (usually 12.5 hour shifts)
- Plus family holidays, days, nights, weekends, bank holidays
- Driver essential
- IT literate
- UK/International travel on family holidays.
- Valid passport, DBS to be checked and references
- Previous support/care work is essential
- Full training/handover/shadow shifts provided This role would suit a candidate with an outgoing personality, confidence in a positive and calm manner, energetic, fun, competent, adaptable, organised and masses of common sense.

5.6 weeks’ holiday is awarded per year as standard (pro rata for part time positions). Employees are also able to join the Company Pension scheme after 3 months’ service, subject to the rules of the scheme, as well as our Cash Back Health Plan after completion of a successful probation period.
