This is a fantastic opportunity to join Sodexo Live! at St. James’ Park, Newcastle United Football Club for the new upcoming football season. Season 2023/24 is going to be the biggest yet, with NUFC taking on the Champions League.

With the opportunity to work at both Matchday and Non-Matchday Events, this is a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative catering facility.

We are looking for outstanding customer focused individuals to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.

• Ensure the customer’s requirements are met throughout service.

• Carry out stock checks at designated times.

• Supply all kiosk/bar staff with requested stock directly from the stores before half time.

• Adhere to all Health/Hygiene Legislation.

• To assist with front of house service at peak times when it is no longer efficient or safe to move stock.

• Check catering outlets at end of service for cleanliness and carry out any subsequent cleaning required.

• Dispose of all rubbish after service.

• Transfer of hot food to various locations within the ground.

• Align with the companies Equality & Diversity policies.

• Adhere to all Health and Safety, Food Safety & Food Allergens policies.

• Wear all allocated uniform and PPE for all shifts and follow hygiene guidelines.

• Ensuring correct hygiene handling (processing) of food items is maintained.

• Any other duties that are of a reasonable request.

• Experience is desirable.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Being friendly yet professional.

• Being a team player with an ability to resolve conflict and take criticism.

• Good attention to detail and punctuality.

• Being proactive is key.
