Some clients include Premier Inn, easyJet Holidays, Uniqlo, Passenger Clothing, Bio Oil, and Neptune, amongst many others.

In the last 3 years, we've grown from 2 to 50+ and are looking to take on the next member of the team in our Influencer Marketing department!

Work From Home: we operate a hybrid model where people typically have 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. Our team love the balance of face-to-face office time and working from home.

Our Office: Based in the heart of Bath City Centre, making it an easy place to commute to. 5min walk from Train & Bus station.

As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you’ll lead influencer campaigns for our clients across social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and others. We work with clients on a campaign and always-on basis.

Our Influencer Marketing service is end-to-end management. From campaign ideation, sourcing, briefing, negotiations, contracts and reporting.

• Developing and launching campaigns for influencers across all channels.
• You’ll build relationships - not only with clients but with content creators and their agents too.
• Continue to improve our overall processes and service offering.
• Planning & booking influencers to drive revenue for our clients.
• Coming up with creative campaign ideas for our influencer marketing campaigns.
• Build reports for clients, so we can show them the results they’ve achieved from working with us.
• Supporting our new business process from the pitching point onwards (no outward-facing sales work beyond that!)
• Manage 1x Influencer Marketing Executive, and continue to grow our influencer team out.

• You have 3+ years of experience working with influencers and social media.
• You have or want to line manage and nurture a team, starting with 1x Influencer Marketing Executive.
• You want to build a career within Influencer marketing and see yourself growing within a fast-growth agency.
• You are an enthusiastic & passionate person who genuinely cares about their work and wants to do the absolute best they can.
• You'll have strong organisational skills.
• Curious and adaptable: Influencer Marketing and Social Media is a fast-moving industry with algorithms and social updates constantly being tweaked by platforms. So, you must be happy with keeping up to date with changes and learning about how they may impact our delivery.
