Factory Operative

We’re a family business, based in Havant, weaving unique metal fabric for sun shading and light control. We are expanding with projects from Geneva to Mexico and we need more weaving machine operators and general assemblers. This is a position that can suit any age, young or old, or gender and is light and easily learned work for which you will receive full training.

For monitoring our weaving process, all you need is concentration and an eye for detail to ensure consistent quality.

For our light assembly work, previous experience would be useful but not essential.

You will be joining a small but focused team and we welcome anyone who is ambitious and self- motivated and importantly has a good sense of humour and likes the donuts and chocolates the boss buys.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £20,000.00-£26,000.00 per year plus bonus scheme and overtime.
