Delivery Drivers Wanted

Shield Foods (UK) Ltd is a fast growing Gourmet Seafood Supplier to restaurants in London and the surrounding counties.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated person to join our Transport team delivering the best possible service to each of our customers

The successful candidate will be hardworking, flexible, self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team and also individually.

You must demonstrate friendliness , accuracy and initiative when making deliveries.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

• Load, unload and inspect all products
• Delivering our products to several clients in the surrounding areas
• Ensuring all invoices are signed correctly
• Ensuring any cash on delivery procedures are adhered to
• Cleaning the vans after deliveries are completed
• Completing all necessary paperwork before and after the delivery route
• Ensuring BRC (food safety) standards are met

Essentials:

- Have a UK driving license

- You must be able to work a minimum of 2 Saturdays in a month, as per rota below dependent on contract:-

- Monday to Friday and every other Saturday, or Tuesday to Saturday and every other Monday

- Entitled to work in the UK

Hours: You will be starting at 5:30am. We operate 6 days a week; therefore we are looking for candidates that can commit to a 5+2 working week (5 days 1st week, 6 days the 2nd week and so on)

Salary: Starting £26,500.00 per year + Attractive delivery driver bonus scheme which will be paid quarterly, upon qualification.
