Position Overview & Specifications

Teaching Assistant

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and energetic Teaching Assistant to work in our Upper School.

We are a happy and successful independent school, with highly-motivated and well-behaved children, supportive parents and welcoming colleagues. An ability to establish excellent relationships with pupils and parents, and to work flexibly are essential qualities of the post, as is a willingness to participate fully in all areas of school life. Candidates must hold a minimum NVQ3 in childcare/child development or an equivalent qualification, and a GCSE at Grade 4 or equivalent in Mathematics and English.

Teaching Assistant

Salary £15760.00, term-time only, for 36 weeks per year, plus 5 INSET days.

Hours: Flexibility of hours to be discussed with successful candidate

The above role will commence as soon as possible. Visits to our school are encouraged and warmly welcomed, please contact our School Administrator, Mrs Estelle Szasz, to arrange an informal visit and for an application pack.

The closing date for applications is 5pm on Thursday 11th May 2023, although earlier returns are appreciated, with interviews being held during the week commencing 15th May 2023.
