Job Description :

We are looking for a nightshift colleague 16 hours plus a week in Shell Easington West (A19 Southbound)

Typical shifts (11pm-7am).

Shifts are non-fixed and are typically 8 hours a day.

Candidates must be TOTALLY flexible over 7 days a week and be willing to work any shifts.

Own vehicle to travel is highly desirable due to remote location.

As one of our customer services champions we would expect you to always deliver exceptional and professional customer service.

You should be target driven and we would expect you to engage with our customers with additional services and offers such as our fantastic Go+ Rewards Scheme.

Duties include serving customers, adhering to all HSSE policies, using Till POS system, general retail work, merchandising, cleaning, administration and using PC/tablets. Cleaning includes shop, forecourt, and toilet areas. You will also need to serve hot food.

You need to be multi tasked and energetic as cleaning, date checks, merchandising, cleaning, and stocking must be done in between serving customers.

Responsibilities and Duties:

We are looking for applicants who possess fantastic customer service skills, very friendly and outgoing by nature and have multitasking experience.

As a lot of the time applicants will be working alone.

Minimum two year’s retail or hospitality experience is required in a fast-paced customer facing environment.

Full training will be given and in addition to salary we offer bonus /incentives.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week

Salary: £9.18-£10.42 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Seaham, SR7 8SS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
• customer service: 1 year (preferred)
