Role Description:

Managing all business aspects of the bar of the location, including hiring, auditing, and training connectors to provide excellent service to patrons, managing inventory and ordering supplies, maintaining financial records and executing accounting requirements.

What you will be doing

• Supervising and coordinating the working hour and attendance (clocking in and out) of all Bar staff.
• Provide training and oversee the performance of the Bartenders.
• Supervise the cleaning of the bar and all equipment and utensils within the bar area.
• Complete the weekly inventory of all products that arrive at and are used in the Bar.
• Report failures of work equipment at the bar.
• Responsible that the bar is fully stocked with necessary products for the shift.
• Control product output to minimise waste and maximise revenue.
• Ensure that all protocols are performed according to brand standards and health and safety procedures.

What you need for the role

• Demonstrated experience of delivering excellent customer service.
• Effective communication skills.
• Previous bartending experience with a thorough knowledge of cocktail recipes.
• Ability to work within a team and supervise a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and remedy challenges with actionable solutions.
• Detail oriented and client focused.
• DPS (Personal Alcohol License)
