The ideal candidate will be a confident self starter, with excellent written and spoken English, smart and well presented. They will be professional, responsible, ambitious, organised and efficient. They will also be performance focused, have previous experience in the aesthetics industry, and have knowledge and experience of working with all skin tones.
A minimum NVQ Level 3 is required, along with excellent waxing skills and proficiency in skin treatments. Laser hair removal and electrolysis experience are a bonus.
Roles and Responsibilities
You will be required to:
- deliver an extremely high standard of customer care and treatment quality
- ensure a smooth client journey from consultation through to aftercare and follow up
- perform a range of aesthetic treatments, including device led procedures
- assist with admin, client relations, POS, ordering, etc to ensure a smooth running of the business
- work towards and achieve set sales and retail targets
- upsell treatments, packages and retail products
- build your column and client base, with a high retention rate
- undertake periodic training to ensure that skills, knowledge and competence are up to date
- maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the clinic at all times
- maintain accurate client records with treatment plans, recommendations, etc
Requirements
- qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- a confident, smart, friendly, warm and approachable personality
- strong communication skills
- excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- highly knowledgeable with a willingness to learn and grow
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- ability to work alone and responsibly, and use your own initiative
- good timekeeping, positive attitude
- self motivated and driven
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 12 - 40 per week
Salary: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
