Position Overview & Specifications

SLB is looking for energetic and talented candidates to join its marketing team (6-12 months internship).

Location: Crawley, UK

Events Management Software | Scope: HQ & Basins
  • Website design and creation for internal and external events
  • Registration site development and management
  • Attendees management, including reporting, data bases and custom information
  • Invitations, calendar meetings and emailing – Propose calendar of communications, content and design.
  • Trainings for new users

Events support | Scope: HQ
  • On-site support for events
    • Transportation management for attendees
    • Registration site, reporting, database management
    • Registration on-site
    • Overall support at events
  • Event support for additional events requested by local teams

Required skills:
  • Organized

  • Tech savvy. Requires fast learning of software for implementation and training for other users.
