ABOUT YOU

• Experienced in managing the varied demands of clients and delivering multiple market intelligence and strategic consulting projects simultaneously with the resources available
• Able to quickly understand the key business drivers and barriers for innovative technologies and ecosystems within CASES (Connected, Autonomous, Shared Mobility, Electrification, Security) domains

• Can quickly grasp complex technical technologies and share the knowledge in a way that helps the team deliver accurate and insightful research and analysis
• Driven to achieve challenging goals by motivating, developing and engaging others
• Deliver accurate and insightful analysis that meets the project brief and delights the client
• Connect easily with clients and build trust
• Commercially aware, and motivated to achieve revenue and profitability targets

• Live SBD’s values and act as a positive role model to others
• Build strong inter-department relationships and a spirit of cooperation between other teams
• Ability to plan and adapt work schedules to achieve on time delivery of projects with short lead times whilst meeting individual team member development needs

• Creative flair and ability to turn analysis into client-friendly digestible deliverables

• Ability to research and understand a topic at a high level in short timeframes
• Judgement to decide on priorities when projects compete for the same resources

A DAY IN THE LIFE
This client-focused Consulting Manager role will expose you to an exciting variety of project areas, providing continuous learning opportunities for you and your team.

• Lead proposal support, resource estimating and project delivery within nominated Service Offering areas
• Coordinate and develop teams to deliver projects on time and plan
• Understand and develop the capabilities and competencies of your team so that you’re confident that commitments made in project proposals can be delivered upon
• Create/deliver executive-level project reports & briefings on a wide range of CASE topics
• Develop standardized templates and methodologies for nominated Service Offerings to ensure consistency and achieve target profitability ratio

• Support Sales & Marketing teams by providing promotional materials that make the value proposition of the Service Offerings easier to explain & sell to clients
