Cleaning Operative

We are recruiting for an experienced facility / premise cleaner based at popular and busy rail stations and routes (route travel provided by the company). The correct candidate will be flexible, reliable and honest with good communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience cleaning premises and will be responsible for general facility cleaning. This will include platform areas, stairs, public common areas such as seating or waiting areas, litter picking, toilet cleaning, and can include gum removal and or specialist tasks as trained and requested. You will be responsible for following assigned cleaning tasks and adhering to cleaning schedule which may include auditing of your areas of responsibilities. This includes outdoor and indoor areas on the stations.

Job Role Responsibilities:

• 
  Ensure high quality standard of cleanliness within assigned areas for cleaning
• Report and act on cleaning quality issues

Requirements:

• 
  Strong interpersonal skills including: communication, reliability and a positive can-do attitude
• Manual dexterity
• Ability to work to strict timelines
• Adhere to health and safety protocols and instructions
• Work independently according to specification.
• Must be willing to have the company obtain a security clearance certificate

Job type: Permanent, Part time, 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday based on cleaning rota

Salary: £10.90

Location: Cleaning Route 17 - Weybridge, Addlestone, Chertsey (25 hours)
