Our organisation is seeking candidates with a background or experience in accounting or finance to join our team of Account Managers. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing the necessary administrative support needed to perform the job and will also be tasked with overseeing the billing and collection procedures needed to ensure timely payment from clients. The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent communication skills, be highly adaptable, and be able to manage multiple projects at once and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee general accounting operations and establish financial status by

developing and implementing systems for collecting, analysing, verifying and
reporting information.

- Produce error-free financial analyses and reports

- Process company financial data and run last reconciliations (if required)

- Supervise Account Department staff, including accountants, accounting

assistants, accounting clerks, and bookkeepers for clients

- Assist with financial statements and produce budgets according to schedule

- Establish accounting systems and enforce policies and procedures to maintain
and strengthen internal controls

- Evaluate accounting software on company needs

- Develop forecasts and scenario planning

- Coordinate efforts across departments to amass accounting information

- Maintain chain of command through department

- Set schedule for accounting department projects

- Liaise with our Financial manager and Accounting Manager to improve financial

procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
