Position Overview & Specifications
The post holder will also have the opportunity to lead on and be involved in projects across the programme, developing their programme management skills and helping to deliver transformational change.
To succeed in this role, the post holder will need to have an understanding and overview of the work of the Directors and Accountable Workstream leads including managing all mail, telephone calls, messages and coordinating meetings. The post holder will provide wider diary management and administrative support to 3 Directors therefore the ability to work autonomously and be able to prioritise and manage their own workload in an informed and effective manner is essential.
This post holder will need to have experience in facilitating corporate meetings and be able to produce accurate minutes and action logs.
The successful candidate will be a key member of a newly forming Programme Administration team to support the completion of this major transformation programme which will see the MMUH open in 2024. The post holder will also be required to cover in periods of absence of other colleagues in the team. The post holder will be based at City Hospital and the MMUH site but will be required to work across different sites.
Finally, the successful candidate must posses strong communication skills in order to build relationships with the Executive Directors, Directors and Executive Assistant team and other key stakeholders.
