It’s a fantastic time to join our Salcombe Regis team as we gear up the 2023 holiday season. We are keen to bring on board a Park Warden who can support and complement our new operating structure.

If you have a background in the hospitality/leisure sector and are keen to gain experience as a Park Warden then this is the role for you. You will be a confident multi-tasker who’s happy to roll your sleeves up working alongside the Park Operations Manager. Duties ranging from:

• Landscaping including grass cutting, hedge trimming, leaf blowing, litter picking, garden waste disposal and bin clearance.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on grounds equipment.
• Cleaning of toilet blocks and general upkeep of the park.
• Check-in guests onto site upon arrival.
• Carry out planned and reactive repair works on the park.
• Moving and siting touring caravans from the storage compound onto touring pitches
• Replenishing gas bottles on static holiday homes.
• Any other duties assisting the park team to deliver a great customer experience.
• Hours of work will be 5 days a week, 8 hrs a day, on a rotating shift pattern including on duty calls.
• On site static caravan accommodation provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 4 months

Salary: £11.00 per hour
