Jewson Administrator, Telford (TF1 2NJ) Part Time

We are currently seeking an organised and customer focused Administrator to join Jewson Telford. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys dealing with people and is looking for a flexible and varied admin role. We understand the importance of balancing work and family life and are proud to offer flexible working hours for parents. Experience within our industry is not essential, we are committed to providing you with the full tools and support required to carry out your role within Jewson. What will I be doing?

An Administrator within Jewson is an essential role within the branch network as you will be providing key support to wider team, whilst ensuring high levels of Customer Service are maintained. In order to support the team and our customers you will;

• Support the Branch Management to ensure that all elements of cash handling are correctly and efficiently maintained
• Create and send invoices
• Analyse Daily reports and take relevant action
• Resolve or escalate Supplier and Customer queries
• Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, organise delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey
• Health and Safety checks
• Keep the branch looking clean and tidy, to make a great first impression on our customers
• Maintain stock levels, carrying out regular stock counts
• Work with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement
