Position Overview & Specifications

Job description

  • Efficiently perform all warehouse operations including receiving, inspection, picking, packing and shipping.

  • Goods receipt and inspection
  • Stocking, inventory control, picking, packaging and material distribution
  • Accurately inputting data into SAP for material movement transactions.
  • Generating and filing AES, Customs Compliance, and Hazardous Materials documents.
  • Provide timely customer service regarding materials to all internal and external customers.
  • Demonstrate awareness and understanding of the EHS policy and management system, the importance of conforming to EHS policies and procedures and consequences of failing to comply with EHS policies and procedures.
  • Regular, predictable attendance is required.
  • Promote and Support the 6S culture by improving and maintaining the cleanliness, safety and organization of the work area.
  • Other tasks may be assigned by manager.

  • Education and/or Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Preferred:
  • 3 years working in an aerospace distribution warehouse.
  • Experience working with carriers, both in-land and export.
  • Experience working with batch controlled inventory system.
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Knowledge of Export Controls and Regulations.
  • Experience with Continuous Improvement
  • Ability to interpret technical and regulatory documentation accurately
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing


  • Computer skills including MSOffice Suite
  • Ability to learn customer requirements and ensure they are met
  • Ability to give attention to detail
  • Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of personnel
  • Ability to operate general office equipment such as copy, label machine & count scales

This position requires access to technologies and hardware subject to US national security based export control requirements. All applicants must be US Persons (8 USC 1324b(a)(3)), or otherwise authorized by the U.S. Government. No company sponsorship will be offered.

  • Able to lift up to 35lbs on your own.
  • Able to lift items over 35lbs using suitable lifting equipment.
  • Able to use pump truck.
  • Able to use ladders and step ladders.
