As an Events Assistant, you will work alongside our experienced events team to help plan and execute a variety of events, from small meetings to large-scale conferences and festivals. You will be involved in all aspects of event planning, including logistics, marketing, vendor coordination, and on-site event management.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with event planning and coordination, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and event logistics
  • Developing and implementing event marketing strategies, including social media and email marketing campaigns
  • Supporting event registration and ticketing processes, including managing attendee databases and responding to customer inquiries
  • Assisting with on-site event management, including set-up, tear-down, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the event

Conducting post-event evaluations and analysis to measure the success of each event and identify areas for improvement

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
