What is the opportunity?

You will be Client Data Reporting Analyst in RBC BlueBay


What will you do?

  • Provide support to Client Data Management team with Operation & Reporting of:
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards on Salesforce.
  • Work with Finance to ensure RBC BlueBay AUM are recorded in Salesforce appropriately to meet downstream accounting and financial reporting requirements.
  • Assist internal stakeholders with ad-hoc RFP and other business requests to facilitate client inquiries and sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other internal stakeholders to deliver strategic projects which advances GBD’s long term priorities.
  • Ensuring process documentation and reporting trackers are maintained.
  • Proactively identify process inefficiencies, recommend and execute process improvements.
  • Participate in, or lead projects to advance the business by leveraging technology including automation, robotics, and process enhancement as required.
  • Assuming other Reporting and Operation related responsibilities as required, including but not limited to report delivery, process enhancements and daily operational functions etc.

Must-have

  • Strong oral and written communication skills - confidence to effectively interface at all levels of the firm.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented; ability to multitask in fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • A track record of managing deadlines and delivering with a client mind-set.
  • High level of pressure associated with managing simultaneously many projects or tasks that may be at different stages of completion.


Nice-to-have

  • Salesforce or other CRM equivalent knowledge
