Position Overview & Specifications

Job Title: Project Manager (Construction Consultancy)

Location: Eltham, London

Salary: Up to £85,000

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join a Construction consultancy firm in Eltham, London. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a range of projects, including residential, commercial, education, and healthcare schemes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful project delivery within a consultancy environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing a team of professionals to ensure successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Creating and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Identifying project risks and implementing effective risk management strategies.
  • Providing regular progress reports to clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Contributing to the growth and development of the consultancy business.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in project management within a consultancy environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Experience in the management of residential, commercial, education, and healthcare schemes.
  • A solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Relevant qualifications such as PRINCE2 or PMP are desirable but not essential.
